Why did you join Eclipse?

Why did you join Eclipse?

I chose to join Eclipse because Eclipse offered me an opportunity to grow as a professional. Eclipse offered me a chance to work in a global stage. Eclipse also offered me a better life, where work can part of my life and not the only thing in my life.
And after more than 2 years I can say that I have received more than what I was offered when I first joined Eclipse and I enjoy being part of the Eclipse family. |

What interesting projects have you worked on at Eclipse?

The Thompson Creek project is something that I found very interesting. I learnt a lot in this project, not just in the technical aspects which are my responsibility. This was also my first big project in North America, a place where Eclipse has just expanded in recent years, therefore I find this as good chance to show Thompson Creek and North America our old-fashioned service.

How has Eclipse assisted you in meeting your goals?
|
Periodic review of my performance is very helpful so I can keep focused on achieving my goals as well as continuous improvement. Resources availability and accessibility are other helpful points at Eclipse.

Relocation assistance
|
Speaking of relocating and transferring I have to say that Eclipse really took good care of me, not just once but twice. The Relocation Assistance Program helped me settle comfortably and gave me “local” insight of the new cities, as well as helping me to find a perfect place that I can call “Home”. |
