At Eclipse we take training very seriously and incorporate a range of training methods into our projects.
One of the first phases in your project is Concept Training. Run as ‘high level’ workshops, this training provides the fundamentals of your new product and ensures your team is familiar with the functionality and features before we move into project delivery.
Towards completion, using a ‘train the trainer’ approach, your Key Users will undertake a knowledge transfer to create your own internal ‘gurus’. These Key Users will be your organisation’s ‘brain trust’, combining their existing knowledge of your business processes with system knowledge.
End-user training is delivered once you go-live, providing your employees with the knowledge and skills to operate your solution day-to-day.
Regularly schedule training sessions are held in our Eclipse offices.
Alternatively, bespoke courses can be specifically tailored to meet your requirements, held at your site or at our training facilities
Free ‘New User Training Courses’ are available to all Eclipse clients who hold a current Support and Maintenance Plan.
