Our consulting services are delivered across the range of Eclipse business applications. Our consultants all have qualifications and deep industry experience in their chosen applications. No consulting team has stronger implementation or on-going consulting support experience than Eclipse.
Focus on methodology, Eclipse has developed a project implementation methodology that provides a road map to lead you through your implementation and minimise any foreseeable project risk. Depending on the type of implementation you are undertaking, Eclipse will use the appropriate implementation project methodology:
- Rapid Implementation – if you need to get your site up and running quickly, Eclipse offers a Rapid Project Methodology. Suitable for industry-specific or ‘out-of-the-box’ style implementations, we employ a ‘template’ style approach to speed up the implementation process and ensure a low risk and low cost delivery.
- Tailored Implementation – commencing with Pre-Implementation Analysis, our 11 Phase Implementation Approach provides all the detail and security you need to achieve ‘go live’ on time and on budget. We work closely with our clients throughout each phase of the implementation to ensure the project moves forward as anticipated and if any issues arise, they are addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Project Management:
Effective project management minimises risks as well as costly project delays and over-runs. With a combined experience of well over 75 years in project management, Eclipse has a large knowledge base of best practice across thousands of implementations. Our own, unique project methodology has been developed that keeps projects under control at all times. This combined with old-fashioned service means effective implementations and consulting services are delivered every time.
Training:
Eclipse provides a range of training opportunities, designed to meet your specific needs throughout the business solution life cycle. Customised end-user training and regularly scheduled training courses are offered at our Eclipse offices. Free introductory training courses are provided to new users joining your site.
Client Management:
Dedicated Account Managers are allocated to all Eclipse customers. Valued added services include regular Webinars, Breakfast Briefings and Client Events throughout the year. An annual Business Solution Review is provided to ensure your site derives maximum performance and value from your solution.
