Overview
Why choose Eclipse for a Business Process Software Solution?
Eclipse's Business Process Solution is the tool for all your Business Process Management and communication needs. It will assist in your compliance, quality assurance, operations and knowledge management requirements.
Our solution provides a structured information system that makes business processes and the necessary communication of these processes, both transparent and controllable. It provides the facility to create detailed documentation whilst maintaining a high-level overview in one system, and will show you Who does What, Why, When, Where, and With What.
Within the software, the relationships between processes, departments, systems, rules, regulations, risks and objectives can be managed with minimal effort.
Documenting processes is easier, faster and much more effective due to the easy-to-understand structure. Furthermore, every process and its associated relationships need to be documented only once, resulting in unambiguous documentation which is easy to continuously manage, improve and update.

Benefits
Working with our Business Process Solution generally consists of four key phases.
In the first two phases, modelling and describing, you use the Developer software. This is a desktop application, just like Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio, and is used to design and develop business process documentation.
The final two phases, publishing and improving, will allow you to communicate and receive feedback on the information. You can publish the information to a Word or a PDF document, but also to an interactive website. When you publish the content, it becomes an integrated part of your organisation's intranet to boost transparency and improve compliance and employee commitment.

Business Process and ERP Implementations
At Eclipse, we understand that there is a strong relationship between the successful implementation and maintenance of systems and the attention paid to business process documentation and communication.
An implementation of a new system results in significant change within an organisation, both in terms of technology and process, however ultimately it is the people who need to perform the process (within the new technology) that have the most difficult task in change management. This brings about the need to focus on business process documentation, communication and training.
In order to manage these changes successfully, it is essential to document the business processes being adopted, as well as the associated work instruction, i.e. how to actually perform these processes within the new system. This information should then be effectively communicated to staff within the organisation.

Through Eclipse's knowledge and experience in the implementation of ERP Solutions, we have developed various suites of business process documentation that can be customised to your organisation's particular setup/configuration of the ERP Solution.
This investment will provide your organisation with a suite of key business processes relating to a standard setup/configuration of your selected ERP system with a particular emphasis on conveying two key aspects:
- What is the process
- How to perform the process within the new ERP system.
These processes can then be customised to the particular setup / configuration / modification of the system as agreed upon during the various Design and Analysis workshops, creating a customised suite of business process documentation.
This solution will provide a base level of business process documentation suitable for inclusion in an ongoing education program, enabling your organisation to enhance the training and guidance provided to employees, by offering a tool which communicates the most effective and efficient approach to executing your key business processes within the respective ERP Solution.
